Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

Each order will have a different shipping time depending on the items and what they are getting. Once your order has been put through I will get in contact regarding your personalisation once you are happy with the work I will start your order and give you an ETA.

Production time for personalisation gifts is between 3-10 days before shipping.

Do you offer international shipping? 

YES! Ally & co gifts do offer international shipping :)

Ally & Co. gifts are a new Australian company based in Melbourne Victoria! so please remember due to time differences my response times will be delayed and shipping will be longer than listed.

We will be happy to get you an ETA quote on shipping times if needed.

What is your return policy? 

Ally & Co. gifts will replace or refund any item that has been received with damage or is faulty. We will not refund for incorrect choice or because you changed your mind. Once you have approved the artwork for your item/s no refunds will be made.

If the item you have received is damaged please noticed Ally & Co. Gifts in the first 72 hours via email. Please send photos of the damage item/s with your receipt so we can make a claim with our shipping company.

Please note we may ask you to send the damaged goods back to us for inspection and if so there is no cost to you Ally & Co. Gifts have you sorted!
